- All temporary and permanent applicants will have all credentials checked before being sent to work.
- All temporary candidates will have at least three references taken before commencing work.
- No candidate will be put forward for a permanent vacancy without their express permission.
- At the beginning, during and at the end of each assignment, we will check that our client is satisfied with the quality of the temporary worker.
- We are interested in what our clients think of our service and we will contact them by letter or telephone to survey our service and ensure it meets our standards.
- Both temporary and permanent candidates will be sent detailed information concerning temporary work or permanent interviews.
